Planning your Vietnam experience

Until recently when many of us thought of Vietnam, we thought of dense vegetation, war, helicopters with injured and a difficult period in history. Vietnam is so much more than that! Vietnam has so much to offer in natural beauty, history, food and culture.

Vietnam’s openness and acceptance of the western world has created a new era in its history. Those fortunate enough to visit are exposed to a variety of fascinating cities and sites, history, and stunning nature ranging from the beauty of Ha Long Bay to the Mekong River. Vietnam has had incredible economic growth and rapid development but at the same time has preserved its unique culture and traditions.

Touring options in Vietnam

Depending on the amount of time you have we can tailor a travel experience with a number of sites in Vietnam. Our tours are all built upon your preferences, pace of travel, comfort level.

Hanoi has been the capital of Vietnam since 1010, the historical heart of the Vietnamese nation, the cultural center that helped in creating the national character. The city is built around several lakes, which combined with the gardens, the tree lined avenues, and the typical French colonial architecture create an unforgettable experience for visitors. Some of our highlights to visit in Hanoi are Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, along with amazing Vietnamese coffee and tasty baguettes

HaLong Bay is one of the most picturesque areas of Vietnam and is located about two hours east of Hanoi. The bay is in the coastal province of Quang Ninh and covers a large area. The bay forms an archipelago of some 3,000 islands and contains unbelievable caves. Kids love to explore here!

Sapa, the minority region in northern Thailand on the border with southern China.

Hoa, located in the geographical center of the country, halfway between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City was the capital of the Nguyen Dynasty from 1802 to 1945. At that time Hoa was considered the most beautiful and cultured city in the entire country, a large part was destroyed in the war. Today, one can visit the remains of the Forbidden City and a number of historical sites that offer fascinating insights into the rich history of this region.

Danang is an important port city, situated about 90 minutes south of Hua. The Cham Culture Museum is not to be missed! In the suburbs are the Marble Mountains which have limestone peaks and ancient caves that have become sacred temples. At the top there is an observation deck with breathtaking panoramic views.

Ho Chi Minh (formerly Saigon) City and is totally different in character from Hanoi and is the heart of Vietnam. The city is non-stop, dynamic, the largest city in the country and its economic and cultural capital. Within all this modernity an important place is reserved for the traditions of the past, painful memories of the long civil war, and the beauty of the ancient culture.

The Mekong Delta to the south of Ho Chi Minh City, offers vast areas that allow you to see the traditional way of life and amazing topography.
